This is your trip. Let’s build it.
Trip Overview
A good trip needs a clear plan. Our planned route takes you through Zurich, Interlaken, and Lucerne over 7 days, with an optional Geneva extension at the end. Each destination builds on the last. Zurich gives you energy. Interlaken takes your breath away. Lucerne brings it all together.
The three main stops are Zurich (2 nights), Interlaken (3 nights), and Lucerne (2 nights). We handle all the planning. You enjoy the trip.
Summer (June to August) and Winter (December to February) are the best times to visit. Avoid late March due to unpredictable weather in the Alps. Getting around is simple with a Swiss Travel Pass, which we include in your package.
For stays, we mix modern city hotels in Zurich and Lucerne with a cozy mountain lodge in Interlaken. Every property is hand-picked for location and value.
Trip Highlights
- Days 1 to 2: Zurich city life, food, and culture. Walk through the Old Town, eat at the Zurich Christmas Market, tour Bahnhofstrasse, and visit the Grossmünster Church.
- Day 3: Travel to Interlaken and slow down. Take in Jungfrau views, ride the cogwheel train up to Grindelwald, and spend the night in a cozy mountain lodge. Most travelers say this is the best night of the trip.
- Days 4 to 5: Interlaken adventure and alpine nature. Paragliding, Lauterbrunnen Valley, Trümmelbach Falls, and a half-day trip to Murren are all part of the plan.
- Day 6: Lucerne charm and lake views. Walk the Chapel Bridge, tour the Lion Monument, cruise Lake Lucerne, and take an optional day trip up Mount Pilatus.
- Day 7: A relaxed morning in Lucerne, fresh food at the weekly market, a walk along the waterfront, and your evening departure. Those who want more can extend the trip by a day to cover Geneva and Lake Geneva at sunset.
