This 7-day Japan package takes you through Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, and Osaka. Every stop is chosen with the purpose to give you a full, real feel of Japan.
Night breakdown: Tokyo (2 nights), Hakone (1 night), Kyoto (3 nights), Osaka (1 night).
Tokyo brings the energy. Hakone brings mountain views and hot springs. Kyoto brings temples and culture. Osaka wraps it up with great food and a relaxed pace.
Best time to visit: Spring (late March to May) or Autumn (October to November). Avoid June and July due to rain and heat.
Getting around: A JR Pass is included. It covers all Shinkansen rides between cities.
Stays: A mix of modern hotels in Tokyo and Osaka, a ryokan in Hakone, and a mid-range hotel in Kyoto. Every property is picked for comfort, value, and location.
Trip Highlights
- Days 1 to 2: Tokyo city life, food, and culture. Walk through Shibuya Crossing, eat at Tsukiji Market, tour Harajuku, and visit Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa.
- Day 3: Travel to Hakone and slow down. Take in Mt. Fuji views, visit the Open Air Museum, and spend the night in a traditional ryokan with a private onsen. Most travelers say this is the best night of the trip.
- Days 4 to 6: Kyoto temples, heritage streets, and nature. Fushimi Inari, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Kinkaku-ji, and a half-day trip to Nara are all part of the plan.
